Classic eyelash extensions are simple, beautiful and natural-looking eyelash extensions. They are applied on a 1:1 ratio, which means one extension is attached to one natural lash. This allows you to achieve a natural enhancement.
Hybrid lashes are a 70-30 mixture of both classic lashes and volume lashes. Choosing hybrid extensions gives the best of both worlds. Perfect if you want a lash line with a bit more volume but not quite as full as volume extensions.
Volume eyelash extensions vary from a natural look which adds some length and volume, to a very dramatic and full look. The lashes range from 2D-6D depending on the look wanted to achieve.

Lash Lifts are a great alternative to lash extensions with less maintenance. It provides a semi-permanent curl to straight lashes and will also give the appearance of longer lashes. We use a triple keratin lifting balm that strengthens and nourishes lashes, giving soft, shiny and healthy lashes. Its lasts 6-8 weeks. (This service DOES NOT include a tint)
Medium to long lashes will give you ideal results. If you have thin, short lashes then you are not a good candidate. If you are unable to avoid heat, saunas, steam, water, oils, shampoos, lotions, creams, face wash, and makeup removers for 24 hours this service then you are not a good candidate.

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
Additional fee to lash fills if there are more lash extensions loss then usual. We also expect clients to come to their lash service with clean lashes. If lashes are covered in mascara, makeup, or dirt there will be an additional $15 fee. Please take care of your lashes to avoid the extra fee.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept cash, check, Venmo and credit card (*There is a $3 fee if paying by credit card)
DEPOSITS: Deposits are required for all new clients and are NON REFUNDABLE if canceled less then 24 hours. If canceled over 24 hours please call our office at 585-698-8084. *Appointments that are canceled that require a deposit, clients will have 1 month after the time of the canceled appointment to use the deposit towards a service.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to cancel or rescheduling your appointment, anything less than 24 hours will result in a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations or rescheduling within 2 hours of appointment will be charged 50% of scheduled service.
NO SHOWS: No showing an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled service
NO REFUND: We do not allow full cash value refunds or credits
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR EYELASH EXTENSIONS APPOINTMENT
Avoid Caffeine/Stimulants the day of your appointment
Arrive with clean lashes (no mascara, no makeup, creams, foundations, or moisturizers on the skin)
Dress Comfortably and arrive a little early
If you wear contact, remove them prior to the application
HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR EYELASH EXTENSIONS
Use oil free products only
Avoid water / getting them wet for 48 hours
No lash curler / picking or pulling lashes
Comb lashes as needed, wash daily with lash shampoo, use a sealant every few days.
Do not use waterproof mascara
Sleep on your side or back
Get removed professionally
Book your fill in 2-3 weeks

The eyelash extensions are going to last you anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks with proper care.
Some factors affect the longevity of the lash extensions. Such as the amount of humidity in your area, steaming, rubbing, sleeping on one side. Resting on your face, touching them too much or using oil-based makeup remover pads also affect the lifetime of your eyelash extensions
To maintain a full look for an extended period; you should get the refills done after every two weeks.

If this is your first visit, plan on about 2 hours for a full set. After that, you can expect fills to last anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour.

Classic extensions gives a very natural look, almost like you’ve applied mascara – but without all the hassle! Hybrids extensions gives the best of both world, add length and volume. And volume extensions gives a very dramatic and full look. It all depends on the look you’re wanting to achieve.

We recommend that you come in for refills every 2-3 weeks. The refill process can take anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour.
If you take a longer gap in between refills, there is a significant risk to your eyelash extensions. They may fall out entirely and you will need a new set.
